Rides like a lazy boy, Lisa and I love it so far. The cold doesn't bother me any on this bike, going to murder it out ( duh ). Looking for stock seats is the first thing, and going to powder coat a batch of parts on monday or tuesday.

What year is it Eric?

You can buy a interface to attach to your laptop and then the program is free to download for tuning if you want to get that far into it. I put it on my bike and install was easier than taking the fairings off, ahah.

One of the guys that is a customer of the House of HD is a powdercoater and he did his whole exhaust on his bike. Looks great. Don't know what he used though.

I can powder paint, I would be worried about the constant change in temp. I will have to look into it.

The bike is a 2002, no engine mods ( yet ), lowered an inch in front and 2 in the rear with the few cosmetic things.

Eric,

with just the renters and the car, my '08 busa w/ 100 deduct and WAY HIGH liability coverage is like $40/month through State Farm

hayabusa.org is definitely a good one.

the psychobike.com is good for the drag racing stuff.

suzukihayabusa.org has some good information too even though it's mostly a turbo site

extremebusa.com
busanation.com

i forgot already, did you say yours was a 2002? for the 02-07 model you can get that tuning software for free, just have to make the interface or buy the premade one and you can play with tuning it.

Its an 02

This could be moved to bike forum, I didn't realize I put it in General.

I started powder coating things, kick stand and passenger pegs were first. Rearsets will be next. Also traded for stock seats...
