Last night we ran our first official CAM Challenge True Trans-Am race. Not much of a showing but it was some good racing.

Unfortunately the back stretch turned out to be treacherous. While attempting to move back into the draft after getting passed by the Camaro, I (driving the Classic Wax Challenger) cut off chilyrainbow's Hotwheels AAR 'Cuda... causing this nasty chain reaction crash, as seen by the rear bumper of the Snyder Racing Camaro.

After the TTA Race, we ran some of our new series- The CAM Challenge Modern Muscle Throwback Series. More information about the Throwback series can be found HERE (http://camchallenge.tripod.com/throwback-series.html). Many of the cars were untuned and unpainted, but it proved fun (and popular) nonetheless.

No it wasn't anyone from around here.

And I liked the GTO too, unfortunately the guy who was driving it didn't. He probably needed to spend a little more time tuning it, but he is running a Saleen Mustang now and likes it.
