it's happened at Racine County and atleast if you read these articles, you are not seeing any mention of past history. So atleast the articles are being "fair". They mention the Racine county ones this year as well as past year.

This second one is probably just because of the news of the first one. "Oh look how easy it was for that guy". You didn't see a whole bunch of news articles on the Racine ones.
