Not high output, just quality. USA parts preferred, no more of this chinese or indonesia reman shit.

Anyone ever use Billings in West Allis to build an alternator? Who else builds/rebuilds a nice alternator? No more junk ones for the car! :flipoff2:

i might have one in the garage at home j,you can have it if i do. im sure its internally regulated though

Thanks ron but thats OK. I just want to get one built with new parts etc that will hold up. This one I JUST bought last year appears to have shit one of the diodes already at some point or the rectifier. Still charges (though probably weak)

There's a place in the main (only) drag in thiensville that should be able to get/build you what you need.
