looking to sell my modded '87 foxbody. its in great shape, but its worth around $6k-

i can't post it for sale here because i don't post enough, but its a GT40p head/cam/intake/bolton car with a tremec, and t-tops. definitely worth more than $4k, but who knows. i can get pics for him or anyone else that's interested.

i'm selling because my wife just bought me a new car (surprised the hell out of me), and i just have too many toys--this car barely gets driven

In Grafton, there is a very nice one on hwy 60 and 8th ave. I think the guy wants 5k for it, but prices are almost always negotable. I'll try to get the number.

someone asked for pics, so here they are. car is not perfect (minimal surface rust that was sanded and touched up years ago, new hatch that doesn't match perfectly, but is close.), but in great shape for a 23 year old car. interior is in very good shape. bought it bone stock in '98. most of the mods were done in 2000, and the car has probably had about 20k miles since. car runs great except for when started cold--it needs a few minutes to warm up--but once warm, drives/idles great for a cammed car--a tune would fix the cold-start issue, or a new mass air meter--it has a pro-m 75 unit which is known to have problems.

i've just started coming to realize i have to sell this since my wife surprised me. will probably throw it up on cl, and corral within the next week or two.

Nice looking car. Never seen a glass top like that.

On another note anything done to you GTO?

t-tops were rare on these cars. pretty sure they stopped making them in '88, but they were few and far between. oddly, i came across an '85 GT with t-tops as well.

GTO has a shifter, catback, intake, and dyno tune.
