Best way to do these is to do it to a co-worker. On their day off turn their volume up as loud as it goes. Then when they come back tell them they have to check their email right away to see this awesome video.

I did this to my boss years ago and it was SOOO damn funny. At first he was pissed but then he saw the humor. It would probably help to do it to someone who actually has a sense of humor to begin with too.
