i know i've been holding out for a 9" for just about forever but ive seen josephy's car rocking the 12 bolt and i think i found a good price on one only thing is i would have to swap the gears for a set of 4.11's does this seem like a good deal? what else do i need for install of a 12 bolt. the 9" needed a bunch of other goodies to bolt up is the 12 the same? heres the listing on ls1 tech.

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $1650
Part fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird
Location (State): FL
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
LS Engine?: Fits LS engine

Okay, decided I'm not going to try and push the 12-bolt with the new setup, I trusted it at 900 - 1000 hp and it never failed me, but at 1500+ I want to put a 9" in the car.

Moser 12-bolt with all the goodies, 33 spline axles, 3" long extended studs with mcgard lugnuts, abs, t/a rear cover, has pads welded on it for bmr anti-roll bar, lca relocation brackets welded on, and 3.73's. This rear started with an eaton posi and it started going out, so my buddy took it apart and added some angle iron and welded it up to make it into a spool, never had a problem after. The rear has held up to 1.2 & 1.3 60's and 9.0's @ 150+. Asking $1650/obo + shipping. Thanks for looking

Fitment of a 9" in a 4th gen is a little "tight. Floor pan clearancing with a block of wood and hammer required, or the t/a and CS will do it for you lol.

from what i hear the 12 bolt can hold up pretty well and its almost half the cost. i was set on the 9" but moneys tight and i can almost afford a 12 bolt

Lol my turd belted out 800 ftlbs at the wheels and the 12 bolt survived, clutches and trans inputs and clusters however, not so much.

lol i've been in touch with juiced and i may just get a new one since the other one comes to about $1900 shipped to ups and i got to pick it up from ups cuz its freight so i duno how much i'm really saving vs a new one setup the way i need it. and with out angle iron spool lol also should i fork out the money for the locker or run the spool? i do street drive mostly but the spools cheaper lol
