I no longer have a use for one of my storage locations. It's a 1 car garage. 19'6" Deep, 7' door with Electric Door Opener, Alley Access, Dry, Secure, etc. Right off 92nd and Oklahoma. Rent is $90/mo.
I used it to keep my 16' boat in during the summer and a car during the winter.
You may come and go as you please but it's intended use is for storage. No working on cars, etc.
