Will that bolt up to a 4th gen?

For the purpose of rolling the car around, yes. You'll just need wheels with the offset of a thirdgen. People commonly put a 4th gen rear in a 3rd gen, then they don't need to run adapters to use 4th gen wheels on the rear.
