my bro sold the 6 and picked this up today. i must say from the little 2 mile drive i took with it that its a BADASS bike. hardly got on it in 1st and picked the front off the ground.. i love it. plans are to put a full yosh exhaust on it..

Awesome decision! The deals on those are hard to pass up,that's for sure. Such a sweet bike and definitely fast. When's he want to take a trip to GLD for some racing :)

Skip the Yosh and go for the Brock's Alienhead exhaust :)

Plus he'll send you the right map for it and no need for some dynotuning. Maps are pretty much spot on.

They are seriously BADASS bikes, as they are by far the fastest production street bike to date (at 09) -- there are guys pulling 9.0's with them in near-stock form!

I can honestly say that I can smoke a Hayabusa, but I have gotten owned (by around 2 car lengths or so) at the track by the ZX-14. It is fukkin mean!

Crawlin he plans on taken it to Byron sat. and im sure more trips to GLD in the future.. i will let you know if you want. i will be taking the car when he goes to GLD im sure.

Definitely! I'd be down for a trip. Got a few things to take care of on mine. Make sure he's got full leathers, they know these bikes and won't let you on otherwise, haha. Can be a 2piece suit :)

Have him read all those "ZX-14 Diaries" for simple mods and what does/doesn't work.

Both the busa and the zx are VERY VERY close in stock form. Rideability and launching everyone says goes to the ZX as well as the clutch longevity. Only thing really about the busa is the aftermarket support.

Like I said, researched the hell out of them and only reason I ended up with what I did was the overall value of what came with it for the price and where it came from, haha.
