I am looking for a 94-04 Mustang roller to get my 03 Cobra engine into and running before cutting the car up to build convert the Probe. Roller needs to have a clean history with no accidents. Body condition, dings, dents, and other minor cosmetic issues are not a problem. Must be originally manual V8 car. Let me know what you, your brother, or your ugly cousin have sitting around.

I can tell I am in great hands already :thumbsup

The problem I seem to be running across is that everything I can afford right now is a V6 Automatic or wrecked. I really do not want to start with a wreck car and hope everything lines up and the car goes straight.

I had a shot at an 03 Cobra body last weekend for $1000 but it is hit and needed both front rails replaced. I decided to keep waiting.

Really, at this point, As long as the car is solid, I dont really care about the exterior or interior. Just a solid body, with good front steering, and solid floors.

The one in Fredonia wasn't pretty, but it wasn't smashed either.

It was a V6 with bad head gaskets IIRC.

How similar is the V6 car to the V8 GT? Is all the steering and front end the same? Im sure the cross member is different, would I run into anything else? Was the Fredonia car a 5-Speed? I wont buy an ATX, that's just too much extra crap to have to find. No word back from the earlier link Eric

Aghh to new stick the cobra motor in this. You have shown that you know your way around a welder. So a Mustang II front suspension conversion would be a walk in the park.

It would go in my 48 Ford Convertible before an old school Mustang I think. This project was inspired by a 66 fastback with a 99 n/a cobra motor in it though.

Any thoughts? Too rough to fix for what I need? He says he will include clean un-hit front rails too.

not worth it. can get clean body V6 for same price from the other ads it looks like.

rather start with something like that, depending on how far you are trying to go with it.

Yeah that's what I've been thinking for awhile. That just means I gotta find the V8 stuff for the steering and such.
