Those are the by far the best kits you can get for a 96+ 4.3L! 10psi ATI kit with an intercooler = no detonation or timing retard. They are very well designed kits!

But I can't resist mentioning the fact that we on the Sy/Ty boards, have seen our share of "Could run, Should Run, Will break records" trucks that never seem to make it to the drag strip, much less complete a full pass worth writing home about.. So to this truck, I'll say "It sounds like it has a lot of potential, but I'll wait and let the timeslips do the talking". :shades

Thats Dave and Mike Bamford, there is no could have would have with them, If they say it will run 9.50s it will probably run in the 8s.
