Because I don't like brake dust, I'm going over to ceramic pads.

I have heard of good things about Bendix, but I'm still not sure which one to get

I have used and sold both the bendix and the raybestos pads. They are both an excellent choice, however I would deffinately look into getting a set of Hawk brake pads as the seem to grab a little harder than the regular ceramic pads. I have the raybestos pads on my 84 full size pick up and they leave very little to no brake dust at all. plus they help stop my 4600 lb vehicle. Hopefully this helps you.
