When I bought my new hood my brace wouldn't fit anymore. It could use a little black touch up on the ends where the bolts held it down. Otherwise it's a great addition. It really stiffens thing up. It does fit over the stock plenum covers. If you remove it though there will be evidence that it rubs slightly.
