These people look for kids that have died or anyone for that matter I guess and then start to leave messages and emails about how they are glad those people have died and so on and so forth...

This happened to my buddy Josh when he was killed back in 05'
there was a website devoted to exploiting people killed that were young (don't remember what it was) But it brought him up and actually made several references to family members that posted on his myspace...
