Saw this on Fox News. Mentioned that the girl was asked several times to quiet down etc.. then she resisted police. Fox is going to continue covering it because there will more than likely be a law suit coming. Funny thing is almost all the students in the class say it was the girls fault and that she resisted.

I don't think at all.. The was disrupting the classroom.. Teacher asked her to leave.. She refused.. States prior to the police arriving that she refused to leave.. Police arrive.. She refuses.. Police use 'reasonable force to over come her resistance' by decentralizing her (a trained technique) and holding her on the ground w/ their knees (also a trained technique) until she can be handcuffed and escorted out of the room..

Note: The cops make sure to say, "STOP RESISTING!" (another trained technique) and ask her if she needs medical treatment (ANOTHER trained procedure) after they used what little force that they did..

I could see her going to a lawyer to file a suit but prior to him filing a dam thing he will request a hefty some of $$$$ up front for his services because he knows it won't go anywhere and he won't make a dime down the road..

There was little to no force.. And the video clearly shows her willingness to 'resist' even before the Police arrive..

O wow just watched the video for the first time. Amazing to say the least. I think the cops dig a great job diffusing the situation to restore order in the class. People like this are. Frustration for the other studentsfor sure. I applaud the actions of the officers. They weren't overly forceful just did what was needed to control her volatile behavior. Bad press for Milwaukee once again however. But we can't help it there are a lot of r-yards here
