Waxed the TA.. New wheels..

washed and waxed the car today. figured id post up some pics of the new look for my car.. let me know what you think.
i put on Flat black "blackbird" stripes on the hood
and SLP revalved bilstein shocks along with 15x4(front) 15x10(rear) Billet Specialties Street light wheels rear tires are 275/50/15 M/T ET streets.

Yup. but it won't be out much i have a beater truck for now and will be buying a brand new 2010 soon. and that will be my DD. car will only be out a couple times a week if that. and ive never been to the track with DR's... can't wait. :headbang

where did you get the stripes from i was going to order a set from brent come summer if i clean the car at all this year! it might just sit. thinking about redoing all my decals since i fudged a few up. being the first time i put overlays on my car. i think the flat black black birds is subtle and sexy. did the B S wheels bolt right up no grinding? if i do get some Drag wheels i'm gana save some coin and get me some sexy bogarts :shades

the rear wheels fit with no grinding the front i had to grind just the very edge of the caliper and the bottem corner part. took less than a min with the grinder it doesn't need much just a "smooth" over the edge..
i still have to hand sand it and repaint to make it look really nice but for now its good :)

can't go wrong with bogart's but are a little rich for my blood lol.

i've seen those stripe kits let me know how those hold up this summer being on a black ar they should get some heat abuse. the ones i was going to order from brent are about 3 times the cost if those hold up tho i'll get those instead. I'm loyal to brent tho since all the other decals on my vehicle have been from him. high quality and usually cheap accept for the blackbirds lol
