every place that sells jewlery normally will buy jewlery, a friends mom owns a store in appleton and a friends uncle owns gold n tan and the jewlery store next door in oconomowoc, thing is with jewlerys its marked up 3 or 4x's so u wont get anywhere near what u want for it.

A buddy had me take a ring in he paid 6100 for a year or two ago, a good looking ring, his engaugement didnt work out and I took it too both of them and to the place he bought it from I got offer 1000, 1200, 1280 for it, really wasnt worth it unless u want to cut the loss, the thing is with custom or engaugement rings, a girl wants one you picked out for her, from a store not from ur ex fiance or someone elses haha

Don't sell it as scrap because you will get very little for it. That is a last-ditch effort for an ugly piece of jewelry that nobody wants.

the ring is mint...nobody has money or nobody wants to buy "used" jewelry...

My wife has a couple rings she doesn't wear anymore and we went to a couple places to possibly sell them, like was said about a 1/4 or less of what they're "worth". We just kept them
