Im looking into tossing a 2.3T into my ranger, so im going to start my search locally, and expand as needed.Id be interested in a complete donor car also.Im not looking for anything aftermarket, this is going to be a basic build used for a daily driver.

Is the truck an original 2.3 truck or are you converting a v6?

my buddy has a 04 ranger wit the 2.3 5speed.....he put it on its side a couple years ago on the interstate but it still runs....you'd have to scrap it out though cuz he wants it all gone...no title either

Just want to point out that the '04 2.3 Duratec is a completely different engine then the '00 and older Lima stuff. A Duratec would be fun to play with though. All aluminum and a much better cylinder head.

On a side note, how do you scrap a vehicle without a title? Every vehicle that I have scraped, they always insist on getting the title. The only thing I can think of is cutting it up into pieces and scraping it a little at a time.

My Buddy dropped a couple of cars he's parted of at the yard on industrial rd of off 181, he even asked them if they needed a title, they said no. Might want to try there?
