Mines Messed up. According to Ricky Bobby they had problems earlier. Issue must have came back. I just hope it is fixed before Southland comes on. Just glad I can still surf the net.

Having a TWC Tech a block from me keeps me worry free. Wish my Directv has that kind of neighbor hood coverage.

eh i already sent them a nasty email.. I'm sick of paying for all the HD channels and half the time most of them are "currently unavailable".... does that mean i can send half my bill and say the rest is currently unavailable? TWC can lick hairy donkey balls...

I had a tech come to my place for that same issue and he fixed it. Said my incoming data rate was too low to support it. My on demand channels were acting up too. Seems they installed too many filters and splitters in the apartment and dropped the speed.

Removed what wasnt needed and my internet speed went up dramatically and fixed the channels. Maybe you need a tech to come out???? Its free

I noticed when the national network shows came on at 7, the picture was fine. Back to local news feed after ten, it froze up again.

From what I hear a lot of problems with TWC is people have too many splitters in their house/apartment. If you get in one signal, you can only split it so many times before it gets crappy. We installed an amplifier and since then have had zero problems with our TWC cable (except of course the thing around 6 pm that effed everyone up).

sure is and since when i bought the house it did NOT have cable in it at all..they had to run all new cables from the box in the basement to the plates in the walls. i have one box in the living room and one going to the modem in the computer room and thats it. no splitters no nothing....

if u have 2 cable lines hooked up there is a splitter somewhere in ur house even if the outlets are active u still lose the signal doesnt matter if a tv is on it or not so if u have 4 lines in house u lose that amount of signal constantly so u do have a splitter otherwise u would not have 2 pieces of equip

also to everyone we know there is a issue we have so many people workin on it right now its not even funny, i apologize for the pic goin in and out but we are working on it will update as i know more :thumbsup

not necessarily, as Ricky bobby said though - if you have 4 outlets your constantly having the loss of signal for that 4-way splitter, whether a TV is connected to it or not.

Your HD channels saying their unavailable could be caused by 100 different things, could be simple or could be something a little more difficult but either way you shouldn't be experiencing that many issues.

Give TW a call, the trouble call is free. That's the only way you're going to get it taken care of.
