We're looking for a house to rent. I had it with my neighbors.

We're looking for 3 bedrooms with a garage with all the basics.
Looking rent for under $1000 and must allow pets.

Good luck, i was looking for the same thing, granted i'm quite a bit farther north. I couldn't find anything nice for under 1500.

I honestly don't think that's too realistic... We pay $1120 for our side by side out here in Oconomowoc, however it does have all of those things... Maybe a side by side would be more realistic...

Good luck on your search.

But 5 grand may have to be spent like the snap of a finger to repair a house.

Your mortgage is less than Laura will pay for rent on a one bedroom apartment.....

Ya I pay enough already for rent as it is. But its all in trying to get a loan. I tried last year and got declined, like by Pyramax for example. Im like Wtf? I have good credit and pay all of my bills.

I wanna use the $8,000 credit as a down payment but for some reason I have to get me car loan payment down to 9 months, so I been doubelingbup on payments. I think the loan Im trying to shoot for is the FHA loan?

I might just talk to a realitor and other banks, anyone one have reccomendations?

You cant use the 8000 as a down payment. You get it back from the govt, AFTER the purchace on your taxes.

Andreas Klotz did a very nice job for me at WI Mortgage. 262 827 4111 ext 358. Give him a call.

I used them and thought they were a bunch of fuksticks........ Lame resellers... your sold to the highest bidder. Weak cust service, and treated like dirt by most there.

Complained and got 100 bucks off the closing. Supa weak, would never work with them again.
