Well for the first time in nearly 7 years I am going back to class to get my EMT liscence. Today is the first day of 10 weekends of class 9-530 every saturday and sunday. No more fun for me on the weekends. Atleast its all paid for.

good luck I have been a emt for 10 years thats a lot to learn in 10 weekends you have lots of reading to do!!! who will you be working for?

Well I'm testing with the milwaukee fire dept. I am not promised a job but this is a step in the right direction. I figure there will be many nights spent studying. Some people say its easy others say its difficult.

it isnt that hard just a lot to learn in that short of a time if you dont do the reading you will not pass

good luck with it! I took it last semester and had a lot of fun. As long as you keep up on the reading and book work you will be in good shape! btw, your testing with the MFD? Are you at the CPAT or just now doing the written?

I did cpat last summer. I am in emt then after I pass I am in recruit class if my number is up
