I'm kinda into taking care of my stuff and might go over the top at times but here it goes. I grabbed brushes, scour pads, simple green, detail spray all the micro fibers, goodies to go with it.

When I got the bike it was in good shape but dirty as hell. The chain had been greased over but never cleaned first so it was just caked on there and slung everywhere. My headlight is all cracked up and once I get some cash and steady pay I can take care of that.

NOW:

I wanna get by the headlight sockets a little better but once the HIDs come in this week after being on backorder forever I can clean in there real good.

Forgot to take those damn stickers off the fork tubes. This had stickers all over the frame from fear this to RK ones. Got rid of all that crap

New windscreen on its way too. Looking forward to getting that in. Ordered the blue Targa screen. I keep forgetting to take off that damn clock. It bugs me so bad but its cold out and I simply forget. Im going to snatch it off right now :lmao

As usual, your detail jobs are quite impressive. Glad to see you haven't lost your touch.

Kelly you just increased the value of that bike by $1000 at least just cleaning it up! Looks hot! I'd recommend putting on a new set of tires, that front looks almost done and the back tire is looking kinda squarish if thats a word haha

the rear one is almost flat.. I can squish it with my finger. Gotta air it up. Would that make it look that way? The previous owner said rear tire is new and there is lots of tread. I'll look at front tire tonight.

Thanks everyone!! I'm super stoked about this new toy

$2800 from craigslist. If you are looking for a bike there is a ZX6R in the classifieds for a stupid good price!!

You're going to have fun on that when it gets warm out. I wish mine wasn't buried in the garage so I could get at it.

This is the 35w 6000k kit installed with hi/lo controller. Thats a lot of stuff to stuff in that bike and hide is nicely. Thats a challenge for sure.

I havent adjusted the light beam yet as I need to a touch. I havent had at a spot where I can point at a wall and measure and such.

I already want to replace this headlight and will eventually.

That looks amazing for a 35W light. Nice and bright without the annoying blue tint
