Say's it has a stuck APEX seal or something. So motor is junk right?

Why not find a cheaper, more reliable motor swap?

theres a chance you can get that seal unstuck... ive seen it done before with out rebuilding.

that car actually has a similar problem to what im experiencing with my 7... mines a side seal though.

an LSX in a small car like that would be super fun though...
