1990 Audi 100 Starter bolt help

So one of my buddies Has a 1990 100 Audi, that the starter is bad on, he got the first bolt out with eaze but the second of them is shaped kinda like a football but flat on the bottom. This discription is from someone with minimal car knowledge, I have not see it. But I have seen the car for a 1990 it has 42K miles and lived its life in the garage so there is no rust on it and its clean as hell. Anyways, If anyone has any info or can help in finding what would fit this mystery bolt that would be great.
