Looking for someone to take off my Strut mount plates that are on my old struts and to put the mount plates onto my new struts...

This is the front struts off my Camaro I'm trying to replace but I don't have the proper tools to do so...

The nuts for struts are rusted so there might be cutting involved.

I also have the Upper control arms that have bad ball joints are riveted in but I dont have any air tools, just a grinder. There wouldn't need for any installation of parts here.

Thanks,
Josh

You might need to get new upper mounts. my car had i think 68k on it when i put my struts and shock in my T/A and the nuts were rust as all hell. i got the nut off with some force. but the plate inside the mount was stuck to the shaft and would not pop reguardless what i tried. hope yours comes out fine other wise napa had them for mine pretty cheap. not shure if your mounts are the same as mine are either?

Ya hopefully I won't need them... How much did you get yours at NAPA for?

couldnt you just pull both struts off the car as a whole then take them to a tuffy or which ever shop?
