I have never been into a full on fist fight with a stranger and this is one of the main reasons, you just never know who can or can not take a hit.

He leaves behind all those girls and a wife, man ohh man that hurts just thinking about it.

This happened in Madison last Summer too (or Summer before that, I forget).

That really is horrible for all those kids and his family, this happened in Kenosha last summer and the guy was just sentenced to 7 years in prison. They say in this instance the victim suffered had serious head trauma after being punched and going down on concrete.

Sad.

No, that was in Kenosha. That guy was a younger school teacher I do believe. the guy who you are thinking about, his agressor just got a 7yr stint. Or maybe it is the same guy? I just watched the news and now Im kind of confused?

People need to learn to calm the fuck down. Everybody acts like they have a big chip on their shoulders now a days. Drives me nuts the attitude everyone seems to have the last couple years. Everybody thinks they are Billy Badass and wanting to prove it.

He left the bar with his wife and friends. Not his kids.

Even then, nothing wrong with bringing your kids to a bar. Maybe that's too PC for today. But my parents brought me to bars all the time when I was younger. I played video games and pool.

I agree. I'm not a small guy but, and I've thrown a shoulder at someone more than one time in my life - but not looking for a fight. I think there are too many guys like the guy on the bus who think that their going to prove something and getting in a fight.

It's a very quick way to prove that you can look like an idiot when you're bleeding all over the place, or locked in a jail cell.

What else happened to cause the fight though? Was it a defensive punch or did the other guy issue a beat down with pipes and boots and shit? If it were just two guys disagreeing over something and a fight broke out and a lucky punch killed the guy, I think charging him with murder is too harsh IMO. It takes two to fight unless it was a sucker punch otherwise I dont agree with the murder charges.

True people need to calm the fuck down...

i was a hot tempered idiot when i was younger...then you get older and realize there usually is no need for it...and if you have anything of value its not worth getting sued or accidentally killing someone over a disagreement...

With that being said if 2 people cant seem to get along id rather have a fair fight rather than people being so quick to grab a gun...
