Its safer there anyway. Not worth some dumb fuck driver clipping your new ride. Plenty of time to drive it when the weather is better.

I've been watching this storm devlop for the last few days and was hoping it would nail us. Thus far it looks like we are going to take a huge hit, hopefully!

Plus we have gotten off easy so far this winter. We have had more snow in Feb then we had all Jan. We have been spoiled with warmer than usual temps and much less precipation.

I was hearing talks about it this morning but they were uncertain wha the totals were going to be. Thing that aggravates me is when ever we get back to seeing grass again we get dumped on again.

What happened to the 3 inches we were supposed to get today?

well with the upper air element and the dusk to dawn windy atmosphere the snow vanished causing it to tripple in size in 1 day!!!!!!!!

Last summer was cold, looking forward to this bit of snow and then looking forward to hopefully some hot summer weather this year.

I like cold and snowy winters and warm and sunny summers. Spring mud is bleh, fall has pretty colored leaves and is good cruising weather.

last summer sucked. Super short, no real hot days. We used our cental air a grand total of 6 days last summer I believe and 3 of those days we weren't home to turn it off :rolf. No REAL need for A/C in WI anymore. A nice window unit and some fans and those 2 weeks of summer we get you'll be set.

I too am ready for spring especially with March coming up fast!! I brought my Biscayne home on March 17 a few years ago with no snow anywhere on the ground. It was a bit cool (30) if I remember but a nice sunny day. The snow piles will be around for quite awhile this year since we haven't had any days to melt much of it

I could realy use the money, fingers crossed this may be the last billable snowfall we get.

No mass suicides here Karp cuz we are all Lemmings living under the man, gives me something to whine about...weather, crooked milw leaders, meter maids, retarded WI leaders wanting to build a light rail that wont work.

Last summer was short? Where did you leave last summer? Spring was early, fall went late, and we have high 60's low 70s MOST of the summer. I thought last summer kicked ass.

I think all those COOLERS OF BEER in your back yard of your NEW HOUSE last summer had something to do with last summer being good :) But yah I could live with another summer like that, went thru fall.

I did FAR more bike riding early in the year last year than I ever did...I probably had 1200 miles on the bike by June...while normally I can't get on the bike with enough regularity to barely make 500 miles by june. I might have hit the bike by early march even. The spring had less rainouts for softball than typical iirc.

Last summer wasn't brutally hot...in my memory, it was really nice. It was the first summer in memory where I can't recall a rainout during summer HS baseball. Rainy days didn't keep me off the bike too much.

I'm actually pleased that we haven't seemed to have too many of the brutally cold days...no "cold days" at school or MPS, where I think we've had 4 or 5 in the previous 3 years or so. Also surprised how briefly the snow seems to stick around....

Exactly!

I think no matter how good or bad the weather is, we are going to bitch about it :)

I think this winter has been pretty mild, and hoping summer is similar to last year as I got a TON of bike riding in as well and would love to repeat this year.

I equate summer with being hot. It wasn't hot. Not really bitching just stating the fact it wasn't warm.

It wasn't hot, OR warm? So what was it? Cold??? :rolf I work in a factory, so I don't want it to be hot. 60 outside means 90 inside. You can imagine what 90 outside means...

I work at a dealership and there were only 2 days last year it reached 90F in the shop (company has to provide Gatorade under contract if temp reaches 90) IM thankful it was cooler while at work, but it sucked otherwise.
