so I was sitting in the shop one day I had a GN motor on my right and the wifes geo on the left, she was always complaining that the honda's kept revving at her coffee can muffler, so I just put 2 and 2 together and gave her a little upgrade. now she complains that her retinas are detaching between stop lights. I just can't win.

Yup, Rogers GN powered Geo. He recently ran it in Bowling Green Kentucky (where those pictures are from). His best run was 10.40 @ 140 under 24 psi with a 1.78 60'. He's still working out the bugs.

Here's what Roger says about his Geo:
"My motor is a Stage 1 block, 3.4 steel crank, stock rods. Billet 206 roller cam with ported GN-1 heads. Ported intake (backwards) 70mm TB, boxed KB FMIC with 2 pumps circulating ice water (uses 2 bags worth per pass !!!) Stock DS header and homemade PS ATR style header (4 bolt). PTE 70 GTQ turbo with a 3.5" DP that transitions to oval tubing under the car for ground clearance. Then it goes through a 4" Outlaw Spintech muffler and out through the rocker panel in more oval tubing. I have 83# injectors that are controlled by a Big Stuff 3 computer that needs tuning. It ran pretty good so I'm not sure how much more MPH there is in there but there is definetly some more left. It has an 8" Coan convertor and powerglide with a brake (that is SOOOOO much fun with a two step). Denny's driveshaft aluminum driveshaft goes into a 9" ford spool (35 spline) with 3.33 gears.

That still kinda makes me laugh, I drove a Geo Metro 140 this weekend."

Now that is one unique hybrid!
