need someone to install gears

I am looking for someone that can set up some gears for my 01 Dodge Ram. 4wd, I will be going from the stock 3.55's to some 4.10's and putting a stock used posi unit in the rear. I know a guy who does them, but the axles have to be out of the truck, thats not gonna happen. So suggestions?
