Long story short is I will be in WI longer than expected due to many unforeseen reasons. During this time I need some sort of income to sustain myself along with saving as much as possible before the 'big move'. I'm looking for ideas and leads on a temporary job either part or full time until September at the absolute latest, possibly sooner. Yes a job could be had somewhere without telling the employer about my plans for the near future but I do not operate like that. I’m very experienced in auto repair/sales but will consider anything as long as the pay is decent.....

Any input is much appreciated...!!!

Don't know about the auto thing, but I just read that the census brueau is looking for full time people to fill goverment jobs for a six month stint. After the 2010 census is over you will be let go. The jobs range from 12 an hour for reseptionist up to 20 an hour for field people. no experience nessessary. And if I am not mistaken you could have pereferance for a future government job since you were once emplyed by them. If you would get the job.

If the real test is anything like the sample test then yes, it should be easy.....

You could also deliver Pizza. It's a slacker job that actually pays pretty good if you're quick.

The best part of the test according to the article I read is that you only need to get 12 answers right. You can take the test as many times as you need to get to that number. I would guess no more than once. The article that I am quoting comes from the Hawai'i times. I am guessing that it is the samr for all states though.
