Anyone fix bent wheels?

I got some wheels (2) 18's that need to be fixxed there bent out only on the most outer part of the rim.Not cracked or nothing i tried mounting a tire on it and it leaks from there.Thats how little the bend is not looking to spend a stupid amount as these wheels arent $400 each.I think if i had a vice big enough that would work.
