I am so pissed off right now. Some low life scum stole my license plate off my truck. I was brushing off my truck this morning when I notice it missing. The police confiscated my other plate and now I have to go to the dmv to get new ones. Plate was stolen on 104th and national. If you see the Truck plate FN2824 on a vehicle call the police. The officer said if they catch him he will be arrested. I would really like to see this scum bag go to jail.

that sucks. as for going to the dmv, i would check into other places that offer plates. i found a mom and pop service shop in my area that does titling, plates, and renewals. i will never go to the dmv again!! not sure what exactly you have to do when you lose a plate, but, check it out!!

Well I ended up taking a 1/2 day off so I could go to the DMV was in and out in 5 minutes. No one was there. Cost me $9.00 for the new plates. Cost me about a $1k in headache having to do all that crap.

Yeah I only had the stupid sticker on my truck for two months. I think there might be something more to it then just the sticker because why would you take the time to unscrew the thing and take the plate intact.

I guess I will never know. I better not wake up tomorrow and the new plate be missing too. Although that will be hard seeing I put screws in there that are not that common so they will probably just cut it out and leave it.

if they went after the sticker there is a way to prevent it. A cop told me to take a razor blade and cut the sticker in bunch of places. Make the cuts so that they can be seen about 5 feet away. I end up with about a 20 cuts. 10 up and 10 across. Then use clear nail polish over it to prevent rust or lifting. Also when they they go to use acetone to soften up the sticker that acetone reacts with the polish and destroys the sticker.

They dont take them if they cant remove them.

And your plates are at 7 Mile Fair. For 50 bucks you could prob find them. Thats the going price last time I heard.

You will never see that plate. They will take the sticker off and put it on their car.
