Need some help on this picture (photoshop)

Is it possible to clean this up,rotate it and make it so it looks straight across also keep mostly the horseshoe shape and FORD in it with a Logo above the picture that says "E.A.A. Mustang Stampede 2009"
Any and all help appreciated I want to print these photos so the cleaner the better.

a little better picture would work. When I rotate it and make it straight it chops of a corner. Are there any more.

That does not help. Would need the actual video file or a better "sniipet" fron the original.

thats off my hd flip,joe can you see if you can get it converted into hd that would make for a better picture.Rons picture is better but alot of the cars are covered for the night unfortunately. \Dasred thats great could it be turned 180 deg. tho?

I cant convert it to HD. I would need the original video file.

Worked on skew and perspective, did a little smudging to get rid of some people.
