This shits crazy! I'd love to be able to throw my bike around like this. Pretty impressive way to throw around a 550 pound standard.

wouldn't it make more sense for them to use the rear brake? Looks like they use the front brake an awful lot.

I don't know a lot about bikes. Mine isn't even running yet.

1. What kind of bike is that?

2. Is that like Auto-X for motorcycles?

3. Do they do that around her at all?

Front brake causes the front end to dive making the steering faster. Rear brake does the opposite.

Mel those are Kawasaki ZRX1100's, same bike I ride. I don't think any one does that around here. This is the first I've ever seen of this type of thing, Just found this video today.

^that rear brake could lock that rear tire up pretty quick too right? Would be opposite effect wanted in that competition

Interesting. I've love to go watch something like that. I'm sure it takes a lot of riding knowledge and years of experience but I'd be willing to try it too.

Rear brake allows you to hit it pretty hard in tight corners without the front end folding over on you.

So most of the time it is advised to hit the rear brake at slow speeds.
