Too bad there's no snow on the ground. I'd love some shots of a dead coyote or two. Hunting would be fantastic with that moon and a little snow cover....

It was ridiculously bright last night. We had our blinds open and it woke me up. Not much to photo though. With it being so bright you have to adjust your settings to such that everything else will be black and if you expose for foreground the moon is just a blob. You could get something but it would require extra equipment or multiple pics into layers.

It certainly was a good night for straight up moonshots. Did you get any with Mars next to it or did the moon simply over power it? Suppose you could have just underexposed and adjusted in PS

i couldn't see shit. cloudy as hell here in franksville. and a few flurries lastnight as well...

Early in the night it was pretty cool, clouds out over the lake reflecting the moonlight with Mars in tow with the moon. But yeah, you really had to go out of your way to make a shot of everything unless all you were going for was the moon, then that was easy.
