I'm at the one on hwy 100 and Cleveland right now. You have it nice at 42 degrees. The manager at this store told us to crank it down to 38 degrees. Which one are you at?
Mark screw you and your big black pipe you ruined my pick n' save.

Fuck 5S. :flipoff2:
Few people see the waste of money that is a full 5S implementation. you could take some pointers from it, and throw the rest of that BS away and save a LOT of money and achieve the same result. I'm convinced that conforming to the program keeps label and tape companies in business.

the first job I had when I moved to this region was working at Chicago Boiler Co in waukegan area. We built tank just like many of the ones you posted. We did everythign except the end caps (top & bottom) of the tanks as they were ordered in but everything else we did from fitting to welding flux core, tig, sub arc.
I do miss it for sure

Pictures are awesome man, once I was in woodmans and a contractor noticed my HVAC logo on my shirt. He said you want to look around, I said hell yea !!!
Commercial shit is amazing in that the Ton's of BTU's it can massively put out, operation of most the stuff made sense but the line of compressors ( about 15-20 ) was just plain nuts.
Korndogg
01-30-2010, 02:14 AM
We went from 15 big compressors to 9 smaller compressors to operate the whole store.

Nah, actually, I have a couple server rooms bigger than that that are mine. The other part of the company has two the same size as mine. My OCD causes painstaking cable routing so something like that would give me an ulcer. And the room is spotless, nothing goes in the room that is going to come out. I have a lab for burn-in so it makes it pretty easy to keep the server rooms clean.

They built me a new one while you guys remodeled, lol. Bright, larger, clean, not so damn hot...I even got a nice desk/chair/new equipment out of it.
Yeah, the old one you worked in was a dive and a half! In those days I basically had two offices...I had an office on the other side of the north wall where I spent most of my time. If I had to tape or prepare for a game, I was where you were...otherwise, for all other stuff, I had the clean carpeted office.
