Iphone app suggestion needed

My fiance runs her own salon business, right now she uses her Palm for scheduling, she wants an iphone. What app would be the easiest/cleanest/bestest for her to schedule her daily clients, she also needs to be able to sync it with her computer at work, but that computer is not online. Any suggestions?

If she uses Outlook calender, Itunes has a build it feature to sync it with the calendar on the phone.
