Those are the retail prices. We are cheaper than the competition in our area. I am also giving 10% off that price to BCM and BCSM. I am also giving pre-pay discounts. I literally just finishing the first building. I still have to put up the LED lighting. I hope to be starting the second of ten buildings in spring. Thanks for the interest and for passing the word around. I will give a referral bonus also. Any questions you can call my cell. 262.751.9439.

These rates actually look phenominal for the Milwaukee area. I think I was paying at least $65 when I had a 10x10 in Lannon like... 5 years ago...

I might have to call you if I run outta room here... LOL

Those are good prices for in the city. I have looked there also. Sounds like a nice unit.

It's a good price for around here and the discounts makes it even better. Everything is more expensive near the "Big City" (I use that term very loosely). And more importantly, it's about supporting your fellow enthusiast that is helping you out as opposed to a giant corporation (like say Public Storage).

any minimum time limit required to rent?

There is no minimum, but I won't break down a month into rentable weeks. So one month at a time is fine. :thumbsup

No electric in the first few buildings. There is a big "issue" with meth labs and what not.

Thanks for the hookup on the Storage, Brad!!! The buildings are really nice. If anyone is contemplating this, and they have an open spot. It is VERY worth it.

$80/Mo for 10x20. Individual secured units, your car won't be crammed up next to some other guy that doesn't care about your car. You can come and go as you please and you are welcome to store other seasonal items there too. We have bigger and smaller units available if you want to put your lawn tractor or something in with your car or if all you want to store is a few motorcycles or pedal bikes. Give me a call 262.751.9439.
I live on site now and keep a good eye on things. Nothing like armed security and cameras!
Thanks, Brad
