I switched from tmobile to sprint on monday because tmobile was just out right bad, never have coverage, 3g speeds whats that, phone works in the middle of my room but not at my desk or while laying in bed, was on a contract bills where supposed to be 119.99 a month plus tax = 137.68 (two phones unlimited date and text with 700 mins) bills where all over the place from 142.54-230 a month for no reason didn't go over minutes and paid on time every month tried to get them to drop down the last one but they had some one time fees for each phone for some reason 45 bux a piece and the bill this month was 149 something. Went in and talked to them and nothing they would not work with me so while at the keosk as they where talking to us i was seriously pissed off and asked my friend about if he wanted to just walk from tmobile since we where both fed up with them.

So we went to the sprint kiosk and talked to the guys there for a little bit, and this is the basic plan we signed up for, 1500 anytime mins, unlimited text, data, nav, tv, nfl, nascar, and unlimited calling to any mobile in the US anytime all for 99.99 a month after frader hospital discounts, he got the samsung moment i got myself the hero both great phones. My initial thoughts after having it is SERVICE i can actually use my phone to make calls its so weird and while using the internet which is always on 3g and soon to be 4g within the next year or so (testing 4g in Chicago, New York and Minneapolis) so far i like it

But some people are warning me about sprint and hidden charges on stuff, anyone using sprint or that has had sprint let me know what you thought or think of them. I was a at&t user and just got pissed off with them cause i could never make a call and their phones just do not impress me (android is awesome if you know how to root and install custom roms) Verizon is to expensive for what we want out of our phones.

I have never had a problem with sprint or billing issues. Their cust service is a bit poor, but not unbearable. I have really had no reason to call them, so I dont care at that point. I have the Palm Pre and love it!

I switched to Sprint from US Cellular, and I like them.

$106 for 2 lines, unlimited mobile to Mobile, texts, pic messages, internet and data, and Nationwide calling.

Wayyyyyyy better than anything anyone else offered for the $.

The wife and I changed over from US Cellular about 2 years ago to Sprint and we got the SERO plan and it has been smooth sailing thus far. No hidden charges or anyhitng of that nature. The bill is the same every month, 500min, unlimited text, unlimited internet yada yada yada and its $60 a month for the both of us.

Hmm So if i ever have a problem i will just go talk to the guy we got the phones from, was a pretty cool guy they paid the end contract fee for tmobile and the last bill, plus knocked 35 bux off each phone and dropped the activation fees so all in all it was a great experience dealing with the guy at the kiosk.

The palm pre is nice, they had a display model and someone must have been messing with it cause it had a ton of crap running so he like flipped them to the top to close them and with all that stuff running it never missed a beat was pretty impressed and not to mention the video quality was amazing.

same thing with the moment too has a 848 mhz processor and makes my old g1 look like a mac trying to play a java game, SO SMOOTH and the screen has individually light pixels so the clarity is amazing. They all in all have some really nice phones at sprint.

Just wait till random parts of your pre start failing. See how much you like it then.

Speakers seem to be quite the failing point along with the keyboard slide. Then again my family has a bunch of first gens, so it may be limited to those.

Ahh, my speaker failed on my first one along with the keyboard having certain keys not work, but after a replacement at no charge I've been good to go on this one!

I've been on SPRINT SERO for 2 1/2 years now, never any serious problems and never hidden charges. I am very happy with my service most of the time :)

when I had Sprint, the service wouldn't even work inside my house! Pretty rough when that is your only phone

Never had any issues with T-Mobile billing ever in 5 years . Probabally not the best service coverage but I guess thats the joy of a cellphone..My 3G isnt the best either with T-Mobile either , but since this area just got 3G on T-Mobile I hope it will only improve ... And according to this article T-Mobile should have the fastest 3G in all of the carriers....http://www.tmonews.com/category/3g/

I have the same plan & the same phone you do. I've been with sprint for a couple of years & the only real billing issues is when you make changes to the plan or change plans. That first bill seems to get messed up. Once that is straight no issues. Pretty good coverage up north too.
