88 turbocoupe

Ok my turbocoupe t-bird started surgeing really bad while idleing
Then when i tried to drive anything over 1/8th throttle it bucks and wont go over like 3k. Is this being caused by a tps or the Iac? If i try to rev it ,it just sputters.:stare
