Gotta agree, just like the deputy that thought she could go around randomly grabbing peoples asses. Too many people think it's OK and should be acceptable to go around harassing random people. They have no idea the mental anguish they could be causing them and obviously no concern and nobody will do anything about it because it's "harmless fun". Now that it's harmful fun maybe people will begin to think twice about paying no attention.
