Im literaly directly on A1A, next to the surf shop north of Delray, south of Ocean view. A1A and intracoastal out back window, ocean out front :)

Happy Holidays Russ! Have some fun down there! I was down in Orlando two weeks ago and it was a nice change from cold snowy hell.
