Beater with a Heater needed

A good friend lost the motor on his truck yesterday. Needs something with heat that will last the winter.

Budget is under $1000.

I have a 1990 Ranger. 171xxx miles. 2 tone Green and silver. Has Longer bed, not long long bed. Regular Cab. 5 speed manual. Front tires, ok, rear tires good. Has almost brand new tire on spare under box. Heat works in all positions, blower motor only works on high, needs a new wire harness to fix all 3 speeds. Found replacement part at napa, would need harness from junkyard. High speed works just fine for me. Was hit by deer in drivers door, window works, door seals and closes, no issues. Brakes feel good.

$900 obo.

i got a 92 madza protege, 136k new clutch front calipers and rotors/pads. brakes are kinda soft, i think it justs needs to be bleed again. and it needs a valve cover gasket. runs fine drives fines, heat works, has cd player. lookin to get 850.

I got a 1987 Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4. 2.9 liter. 150k miles. new shocks, front lower and upper control arms, new ball joints upper and lower on both sides, new front wheel bearings, new cv axles in front, all new front brakes including rotors, pads, calipers, and lower brake hoses. new brake master cylinder. new radiator, water pump, and alternator, and thermostat. aftermarket external trans cooler. new tie rods (inner and outer on both sides), and new idler arm. also has new front sway bar bushings (energy polyurethane). shocks are rough country nitro 9000 nitrogen filled shocks with dust boots. newer windshield wiper motor and heater blower motor. many new body panels. rear 1.5" lift shackles. reclocked torsion bar keys for the front. exhaust leak at the y-pipe and a slight manifold leak on the driver side. possibly needs new valve cover gaskets and possibly a fuel filter. tires are maybe 50%. many new body panels. heat works. I have receipts for EVERYTHING. Many parts have a warranty from napa. Asking $1,000 obo.


windshield has a crack. needs rear bumper reinstalled. needs an alignment. has no radio. needs new speedometer cable installed (included with a truck but im sure i could get it done before the sale)
