User CP - Avatars?

So can we still link offsite to avatars? Obviously I know we can do it because mine is still there but if I wanted to change it I don't see the place in User CP to add the URL like the old board. Whats the deal with this? Anyone?

for those that are curious. I had to fix the permissions. The upgrade changed the settings.

Sweet I got mine up, and for anyone interested I have the sameones for 9 sec, 10sec, 11sec, and 12sec clubs. Let me know if anyones else wants one fo them. I stole them off corvette forums.
