Thanks for the inquiry, but I paid $75 for this less than a month ago. It has the blue LED's that Harlen charges $25.00 extra for. I am firm at that price.

Well, what I have is an assembled short block = block, pistons, rods, crank, cam, timing chain... NO heads, or intake. The heads were sold and this is an '86 Corvette L98 so it is a TPI motor, not carbed. I don't have the intake in my posession right now, but I could get it (for extra cost, of course).

how bad are the cylinder walls scored at the top? like is there a big ridge at the top? thanks. if not im interested.. and what was the hp before.. cause i know fbody L98's were 230.. dunno if 'vettes were different.

the cylinder walls are in good shape, very little ridge and you can still see the crosshatching in the bores. The 'vette's had aluminum heads and so the HP ratings were a little higher than the f-body L98. The engine is on a stand in my garage, so if you want to stop out and look at it this weekend or something, shoot me a call.

ya i found a website that said they were 240 stock.. doesnt sound too bad, my friend was wondering, i really am new in the whole building engine department.. but he knows a lot so maybe we'll come take a look at it. I am interested tho so dont go selling it on me.. lol
