Probably see one go across barrett for like 100g's and then we can all realize that the market is STILL fucked, even though the economy still is too

I always like the LeSabre T-Types of that era, I had heard there was a GN version but never saw one

I had a 86 Buick Skyhawk T-Type, still one of my favorite cars ever. I wish I never got rid of it. Made a great daily driver, and looked cool. Had a really cool interior. The guy who I bought it from worked at the dealership with me. They built a nice little turbo 4 cyl for it. Bored out the stock 1.8 litre, added a turbo and ECU from a turbo sunfire. Put a newer Grand Am cat back exhaust on it.

I go on lesabret.com sometimes for LeSabre info so I've been aware of the LeSabre GN, I definately like the T-Type looks more myself. There are some awesome GM oddity cars that were "peformance" orientated or looked it at least. If you are ever bored and want to be entertained look up: Celebrity Eurosport VR http://www.eurosportvr.com/, Century Grand Sport http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2397357, Citation X-11http://www.chevycitationforever.net/chevrolet.jsp?section=chevrolet_citation_x11_xs , Turbo Grand Am's, etc...

If I won the lottery I'd probably have one of each of these and other oddballs in my car collection just for kicks.

In the same vein of oddball performance GM models, don't forget the Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais Quad 442 (http://jalopnik.com/5117510/nice-price-or-crack-pipe-the-8500-1991-olds-cutlass-calais-quad-442). Interesting that in 1991 this 190 HP 4-cylinder car had 20 horsepower more than an RS V8 camaro in a much lighter package.

We had a Q4 5speed Calais. Still one of my favorite cars.

I actualy liked it until I read 1/2 way thru :(

Some prototype LeSabre Grand Nationals were rumored to have been turbocharged but kept destroying the FWD THM440-T4 transmissions so production vehicles were released to the dealers in normally aspirated versions.

Some interesting cars. I once worked on a All Wheel Drive Pontiac 6000 STE. Also a couple AWD Tempos. The '80's ad it fair share of creativity from the automakers. Certainly is some odd shit out there.

I'd like to put in a SC'ed 3800 into an AWD 6000 LE, just to be weird and have some fun :D . Another fun 80's creation....the 80's had plenty of oddball "performance" cars and an affinity for turbos too :goof .

My cousin had a 90 Grand Prix STE turbo. That was a fun car to drive but had lots of ABS problems. Another oddball GM was the Olds Acheiva SCX. 190hp 5 speed. If I remember correctly they ran high 15s stock. Those are from the 90s though, but still cool cars. Wouldnt mind one if it wasnt for the damn headgaskets that would constantly go out.

Also heres an odd early 90's car highly doubt he will get his asking price but probally one of a kind with the miles.

Certainly is some odd shit out there.iirc, the temp AWD 2.3HO held the distinction of the slowest car motor trend had tested in the 80's...and I think it's been the slowest through the 90's and 00's.
