I went to see the doctor today for my quarterly check up. We talked of my weight loss progress and in two years (as far back as his computer would go) I lost a whopping 50 pounds. that's a lot of avoirdupois, people. I had the goal to get under 400 (yeah, I'm a fat arse:eek:) by this visit and I did. i got to 399. I was 396 last week but Thanksgiving happened. http://www.karaoke-forum.com/images/smiles/icon_twisted.gif

LOL really? 277 isn't enough? Why not just work on definition?

I'm only realistically shooting for 165-170. At 5'9" that is probably all I can get without just becoming fat.

5'10 220 here. I was 225 when I graduated high school 10 years ago, went all the way down to 145 after a really bad mountain biking accident. Stayed at about 185 for a long time before going back to gym on a regimen. If you want to gain weight you need to change your eating habits, change your metabolism. Eat bigger meals and less of them. Taking protein is a waste of time, the workout world has everyone fooled about that. If you want to gain serious weight you need to eat a lot of food, and not 10 small meals a day.

Yeah, my knees don't hurt anymore and def easier to get of the couch now. A side benefit is sex is a lot easier.
