Anyone know turbo 400 transmissions?

I recently got one on a trade and I was wondering if there was anyone who knows about this trans and could maybe take a look at it for me to see what it has?

What kind of sprag it has, stronger snap ring, overall wear and tear. I have zero experience with autos.
