His first few movies were alright, then they went downhill. The man is legit as a martial artist and as law enforcement. Even though his movies aren't that great, I have some admiration for the man. Not his singing though............lol

I think he's in the same class as Dolph Lundgren and Jeanne Claude Van Damme....kings of terrible late 80's/early 90's action movies. That said I do want to see this show.

When I visited Hollywood 3 or 4 years ago he was the only star I saw walking around. He looked like an overweight greasy guido with a greying pony tail, all wrapped up in a black and purple windbreaker suit. I couldn't believe how many people wanted to get his autograph. I just laughed as I walked past.

I've always read that the guy is a total fraud martial arts wise. That his resume was all a big lie.

There are some vids on youtube of him back in the day. Not saying that they prove anything, but they are pretty cool.

He is a 7th dan in Aikido and an ex navy seal, being a cop should be no problem for him.

He was never a navy seal.

Guess that was just a rumor I heard then, I know he is a 7th dan black belt in Aikido though.

There's alot of mystery about his "belts" and his level of accomplishment consdering he has never competed.

If you do some searching on him, there's quite a bit about him that doesn't really seem to ring true.

His movies were cool though regardless. I just think the guy himself is a gigantic tool.

no offense but, I have always considered him to be kind of cheesy.

I agree. You know he will always win. The only difference between him and Chuch Norris is that Norris can open his eyes.
